Our Story
Pristine Rubber Paving was founded in May 2026 by Kalan Pambrun and Holden Bater. The company is new. The experience behind it isn’t. Before founding Pristine, Kalan and Holden spent more than five years inside the rubber paving industry working for other companies: installing surfaces, managing crews, and running the day-to-day operations of the trade. Hundreds of completed installs later, they know exactly how this work should be done, and what it takes to make a surface last.
They started Pristine with one goal: to provide an honest, reliable service in the industry they know.
